First Woman President. That's right, with a long history of firsts to market, IRMCO has yet another. Jennifer Kalas is the first non-Jeffery family member to be president of IRMCO in almost 100 years. Ms. Kalas joined IRMCO 11 years ago as CFO. She takes over the role of President from Jeff Jeffery who is now CEO. Jennifer has been instrumental in developing IRMCO's renowned open book culture and is poised to manage the company's impressive growth as we move towards our 100 year anniversary.

Frank Kenny has also been promoted to Vice President after guiding the company's R&D effort for the last 12 years. Mr. Kenny has played a key role in developing IRMCO Gel and Extreme products, process automation and many metal stamping lubricant innovations. The company's world class quality is directly tied to Franks' system development and guidance.

To better serve our rapidly growing customer base, Mr. Mark Mrozik joins IRMCO as National Sales Manager. He brings over 20 years of professional sales management experience on board and has begun to play a key role in developing domestic key account growth and CRM system optimization.
