IRMCO offers several stamping lubricants specifically designed to address the unique demands of galvannealed and galvanized steels. These products are designed to provide optimum lubricity and tool protection for the zinc-coated substrate, while minimizing the white and black staining commonly associated with these metals.

IRMCO FLUIDS® 146 series: recommended for light to heavy duty stamping and punching of galvannealed and some galvanized metal substrates. Products in this series are well suited for automotive structural and seating components, appliance frame and body panels and other, durable consumer goods.

IRMCO FLUIDS® 313 series: recommended for light to moderately heavy duty stamping and punching of galvannealed and galvanized metal substrates. Products in this series are suitable for automotive structural and seating components, appliance frame and body panels and other, durable consumer goods.

AUTOMOTIVE OEM: UPPER SUSPENSION ARM – Reduce concentration and consumption of stamping lubricant while replacing both competitive emulsifiable oil and synthetic stamping fluids.

AUTOMOTIVE OEM: PUMP BRACKET – Replace competitive synthetic stamping fluid that leaves residues that cannot be removed in out-sourced pretreatment and finishing processes resulting in excessive defects and rework.
